Graphic Identity Program
The Illinois Wesleyan Wordmark
Illinois Wesleyan's Graphic Identity Program is designed to present a strong, consistent identity, which is crucial to the goal of extending the University’s name as a symbol of quality to all of our constituencies. The Graphic Identity Program will distinguish all University print, digital and product applications as clearly recognizable Illinois Wesleyan products. The primary element of the Graphic Identity Program is a wordmark that combines a unique typographical treatment of the University's name with a version of the former windows logo.

Beginning in the fall of 2004, the wordmark is replacing previous images on University stationery and business cards. In addition to the new graphics, University stationery is now being printed on 100% recycled paper. For additional information on the wordmark and for assistance in its proper use on all printed materials, contact the Office of Printing, Publications, and Mailing Services. (Note: If you have supplies of existing stationery, please use it until you need to reorder. For special orders of envelopes and/or letterhead in order to finish a supply of existing stationery, contact the Office of Printing, Publications, and Mailing Services.)
The University Seal
The University seal is the formal identification of Illinois Wesleyan University and is reserved for use on diplomas, commencement programs, academic certificates, and other official documents as determined by the Office of the President.
