Spring Meetings
April 1, 8, 1) Read: Meyer, The Plundered Past, in reverse order (chs. 5-1). Take a look at the Appendices, especially B (laws for Greece, Italy, Turkey"); D1; F, 2; G. Take notes, prepare discussion questions for these meetings. Plan to finish the book before the beginning of May Term!
2) Begin research on your museum object
April 22-May 9: Begin working through the Oxford History of Classical Art=OHCA assignments, if you want less to read during the first week of May Term!

OHCA: Read the Introduction & study the map of the Mediterranean, and read Ch. 7 "Diffusion of Classical Art"

May 14 Read OHCA Ch. 4 "The Hellenistic Period"
